And I though yesterday's batch of news was big! Less than an hour since I woke up, and we have gotten several pretty big
Revelaitions (yes I spelled that they way I wanted to). First is that we finally know what this whole Nintendo Network thing is about. Is it a re-branding of Nintendo Wi-Fi Connection like Nintendo Europe said, or is it about DLC like it has been speculated to be? The answer is both. Along with paid DLC for 3DS and Wii U, Nintendo announced that Wii U can have multiple online accounts on one console, similar to Xbox Live and PlayStation Network's way of doing things, and a real kicker. The 3DS and Wii U will have the capability to download
full retail games, and it sounds like Nintendo can start whenever they please, but they haven't announced when yet. An issue that was brought up in the announcement (which was an investor's meeting) is the capacity of SD cards to hold the games, especially on 3DS, with games like
Resident Evil: Revelations taking up four gigabytes (the current 3DS cartridge capacity).

This is pretty big news, which will bring Nintendo up to par with Microsoft and Sony in terms of online offerings. There's some other big news today, but me having to get to school means that I'll have to make another post this afternoon. I'll get it to you guys a soon as possible!
